Self cleaning juicer and smoothie maker

The health trend
Information mediums such as the internet have given the public the power to health information. This information has inhibited the dark alley of ignorance and with this people are becoming more fussy in what they eat and drink.
Advance food labelling
With our advancement on food labeling, we have become aware of the insane ingredients and their amounts present in the food and drink we consume, a major example is drinks. Labeling has shown us the high sugar and minimal real juice content. This evolution has driven us to make our own juices and smoothies however their is an element of making our own juices an smoothies that has turned us away. This element is the cleaning, unfortunately our laziness has turned us away from juicing or smoothing our own fruit and so our machines are left to rot in the corners of our kitchen. On average it takes less then 2 minutes to make your own smoothie however it takes up to ten minutes to clean it (if not cleaned straight away this can take longer if the user has left the pulp to dry and harden).
The solution
A self cleaning juicer/smoothie maker will empower us to create our own drinks and know the ingredients that go in to make it, but how would it work. For this to work the machine would have to have an internal pump system. After creating the drink, the user could simply plug in a bottle which contains a mixture of water and washing-up liquid, this would then be pumped through the system at high speeds and then all fruit remains could then be collected in a container ready to be thrown in the bin (or compost bin).
Final notes
I am no inventor so i urge the engineering community to collaborate and produce a self cleaning machine that will help families curb drinking sugar filled drinks!
